Sharpener for narrow band saw blades OW-4

The machine is designed for sharpening band saws in semi-automatic mode. The parameters of the teeth are changed manually.

The grinding wheel is driven by an electric motor, and the saw is fed by a gear motor.

The smooth adjustment of the grinding wheel pitch (top-bottom) makes it possible to adjust different tooth heights, and the tooth pitch size corresponds to a 22 mm pitch in the standard (another step / scale on an individual order).

The machine has a cam, which makes it possible to obtain different modifications of the tooth profile by different combinations of the clamp position. One revolution of the cam closes the cycle of sharpening one tooth. The grinding machine is equipped with a pump to cool the tooth during sharpening. The machine should be installed stably or screwed to the floor.
